Impressive how a big chain like this can come up with such intricate sushis and deliver on quality and freshness... then again they're pretty pricey.
We had a huge order that included 2 seaweed salads. Both had the same production date but one was gone bad, faded colour and strong smell. Which made us wonder about the storage conditions for everything in the shop. Otherwise, it was fine.
Food is always good but customer service and experience is inconsistent from time to time, based on which employee is taking care of you.
Great, but costly. Great sympathetic enployees though
