Staff are nice but generally give information that is not always correct. Need more training and would be a great store. Prices are a bit higher then I would expect for quesnel. Location is nice though and hours are good

Well.... I went there and the guy who work there would not let me check if my mouse was a boy or a girl. This is the worst pet store I have bean to ever!!!!! I got one the guy said that the one looked like a girl and it was definitely not. They need a lot more training I am 11 years old I I could tell!!!!

Hard to keep food in stock. Staff is sometimes helpful. Sometimes not!!!
