First time utilizing the Salmon Arm location and I must say I was impressed. They were extremely busy for this time of year. A member of my family had an incident, destroying a new front tire and a rim that looked unusable. As busy as they were, the customer rep was very friendly and accommodating. He located the same brand of tire in stock. To my surprise, the rim was deemed safe use, just badly scarred up. 3 hours later the tire was ready for pick up. The price was right too. I wouldn't give them any stars. I had an appointment at 1pm to get an oil and maintenance check only for them to push me back to 3pm. They had bays open waiting for a vechile to get in at 1pm. When i arrived at 3 pm they didnt start it till 4pm. They told me earlier at 1 when i dropped it off at 3pm it would take an hour and it'd be done by 4. They finally finished it at 455pm. Not only did i get pushed back. It took more time than it should have. They even charged me full price and gave no explanation as to why this happened. I don't recomend anyone using kal tire for anything if they can't keep their appointments they book for and push you back. (Note i've never had a bad experience with them before this. I now understand why people recommend you go to other places instead) They clearly don't give a dam how this affects your day. I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow when they open because this is unacceptable.

Was there to put my winter tires on yesterday and I had some issues with some new tires (not at all on them) I got with a new car. They helped me figure out the problem and just got a general sense that they really wanted to help me. I will always bring my vehicles here for everything car related, without hesitation. Thank you Kal Tire team, you guys are awesome!
