Thank you for being pet friendly! Your staff who we talked with did not seem like the friendliest bunch however you get a 5 star as you had what I needed in stock while we drove through town and your are pet friendly!!!

Was camping near Salmon Arm,when our air mattress deflated overnight! Went in to this location,found an awesome replacement for a really great price. Staff is friendly and helpful! Store is well maintained,and super clean!

Want to give dennis in parts a 5 star for for his amazing customer service and looking after a customer. Canadian tire online were completely unprofessional at looking after my online order I was waiting for for almost 3 weeks. Then they canceled my order saying my product was unavailable when the site said 3 in stocks. When I called and talked to Dennis he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy now, thx Dennis

I'm from out of town so i called to confirm there were the brake parts i needed. Matthew was a very friendly young man and put the parts aside for me. He remembered me when i got there and helped me to find another item i needed. Mathew made the experience much faster and easier. It was nice to have a young person seem to enjoy his job.
