Fountain Tire has sold me numerous tires over the years. Last set of both summer and winter included a promise of 'Lifetime Seasonal Rotations'. At last rotation, they again tried to renege on the deal but recanted and offered a 'Special, One Time' no fee service. I just want a commitment that they will honour the promises made at the time of sale. If the word of a company cannot be trusted, how can anyone reasonably do business with them?

Well not enough good can be said about this service shop and the help it gave me with the leadership of Collin. I was coming from Penticton to Calgary on Thanksgiving weekend when tires blew up from a bad install in a town with no services. I called and got Collin. Not only did he help me find a tow that could get me withing the hour he helped me to show what went wrong and why with my tires. The shop was very helpful and had me back on the way in good time too. Very thankful for everything guys!

This is the place for tires,automotive repairs and possible mechanical problem assessments. Service is top notch from front end staff to technicians. Trust the people who trust your car.

On our annual fruit run on Aug 21 we had truck problems. We tried numerous shops to determine how bad our problem was but none of them could fit us in to even look at it on a Friday afternoon. Fountain Tire could not fit us in either but Colin took the time to plug in his diagnostic tool and informed us that it was the number 2 spark plug missfiring and that we would be Ok to drive home to Alberta. Such a nice thing for him to do! Big thanks to Colin & Fountain Tire!
