Had oil change done ,asked to check tires , answered with a straight No! With no reason , and I politely asked why , and they mentioned that head office was not approving that. I Understand However never bothered to check the tires Anyways with gauge , also asked if they could put in a cabin filter that I had. , and said they could not perform that because I would have to go to the dealership and get them to modify a cover trim for new cabin filter to fit in however they didn’t bother checking to see if it would work or not, suprising enough did put it in that day with no problem , also price that I paid was way more then I was quoted on the phone ,and I did mention synthetic oil , customer courtesy was not satisfactory
