Best customer service on the North Shore. I bought some food there for the first time today. The gentleman that helped me was incredible. When I called to see if he had the product I was looking for and directions - he was so kind and thoughtful (he turned a really bad morning into a great morning). I can't recommend this store enough. Great selection, Fantastic service - I don't live near West Van, but will drive there just for Village Pet!!!

At the last minute I tried to get a Canadian flag or so for my lovely Partí Color Poodle names Leo, to celebrate Canada Day, so my first option to look for was the Petshop Food and Suplies at Cauldfeild Village, where Lei loves to go all the time. I thought: They most have something to put on Leo to Celebrate Canada Day by walking in the streets, so after I asked the guy in turn and he brought me this beautiful scarf for dogs, so I put that on Leo and it made Leo look so well, so good looking as a real proud Canadian dog, he had the full attention from everybody at Canada Place. So Thanks so much to the kindest guy in the store whom also gave us the scarf for free celebrating real canadian courtesy in the Canada Day, Thanks so much.

Great store, love Rene, well stocked. Five paws from our dog, too. Rene is a great guy and one of the outstanding characters of this mall. He gives the Caulfield Shopping Center a homey feel.
