KORNA has captured our loyalty from the very first visit. The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. It feels like everyone is an owner and personally interested in helping the customer. The select is top-notch. Catering to the raw and healthier pet foods. We make the trek over once a month to stock up on nutritional products for our 5 fur-babies (which includes 2 ferrets, 2 cats and a German Shepherd).

Their staff used to be knowledgeable of their products. Unfortunately, if it wasn't for their program, I would shop elsewhere. You have to know what you want and do your own product knowledge research. Some products are higher priced.

I have been shopping here for at least 12 years. The prices are comparable and the staff have been friendly enough over the years. My poor rating is because the store policy is to apply supplier coupons or in house discounts after tax, like currency. I don't think this is good business. You will never receive the full value of the coupon or discount. Note: coupons and discounts should be applied Before Tax as it's a discount..no tax would be owed on an amount discounted. There is no money collected, thus no tax owed..

Excellent customer service and I adore mooning over the cat trees out front.

They have a lovely Christmas selfie station at the store!
