This is very cute local shop with lots of different grain free high protein foods and cans for cats and dogs. It has very nice toys that my loves them all :) I am very happy that I got to know about this shop as they have everything we need. The staff are super kind and super nice. They also have dog washing service for 9.99 CAD which is a great service for dog owners.
Im not a fan of their website, trying to navigate through it to find any information on anything is beyond impossible and confusing.. the only reason why I'm giving it such a low rating tbh.
Great Dog Wash Station - easy and affordable with all of the amenities!
They messed up and over-charged me, said they'd fix it and didn't. Then they recommended something that was precisely what I told them I didn't want, and they put up a fight about doing an exchange and refused to do a refund even though it was their mistake. There are too many good options for pet food and supplies to waste time with this place.
I don't even live in the neighbourhood and this is my main stop for pet supplies. I stopped here one day on the way to my parents' and realized what a gem I had stumbled upon. First thing I noticed is that many toy prices were considerably lower than Amazon even. And the treat selection and quality is great. Friendly staff who actually care! Highly recommended.
