Had a small chip turn into a large crack on my windshield. S.R.A. was able to easily get the window in and calibrate for the lane guidance system on the day I needed. Would happily go back if/when I have another cracked windshield.

Our truck got broken into overnight so I called Sam in the morning for a replacement window and was pleasantly surprised to be taken care of the same day! He was kind and courteous and even performed the work in less time than estimated. In and out in 2 hours. I would highly recommend this shop!

I wish there were more business owners like Sam. We went off his excellent ratings and reviews and were not disappointed. We had a crack in our windshield and dropped in to see Sam at 9am, thinking we'd have to book in weeks later to have it replaced. He phoned me back 5 minutes later asking if I could leave it with him that day. 6 hours later, new windshield and he kindly hoovered the front of the car for us. He was quick, explained the process, and even provided a recommendation to fix another issue with a deep scratch on the car. Incredibly professional, courteous, honest, and trustworthy and i'd highly recommend for any of your glass repair/replacement needs! Thank you, Sam. All the best.

Needed a cracked windshield replaced on a work truck. SRA did a nice job and handled all the ICBC requirements - very easy experience
