Helped fix a flat on my car at short notice, despite being busy. Also gave me a great price on replacing 2 tires on my wife’s car. Bob and the team are great. Will be back

First class customer service from Bob the manager and his team. They replaced my battery a few weeks ago and the battery failed. I assumed I had a short in the car, or a charging problem. I returned to OK and they found the new battery to be defective and replaced it at no cost. They could have "found" a problem with the car itself, but they checked it and determined that it was fine. I really appreciate this level of honesty in a repair shop. While they had the car, they even repaired one tire at my request, and would not accept payment. They have earned my trust I will be back!

Telephone estimate for a fairly extensive job was dealt with promptly. However, among three others, it was the highest. I would however recommend the family of OK tire stores, they carry premium products and are reputable from the past.
