Staff at this location are horrible. I placed an item on hold over the phone, confirming it could be picked up the following day. Everyone my wife interacted with there was rude, disrespectful, and condescending when she went to get it. They couldn't find the item at first, falsely suggested I hadn't left my name, and falsely suggested I was coming to get it the day before. When they found the item it had a note on it with my name and that it was to be picked up the day she was there. I guess they don't realize there are other suppliers for this stuff. Go elsewhere if you don't want to feel like your business is an inconvenience and not appreciated. Basic retail skills Lordco!

Horrible work attitude from 90% of the staff. I try to visit the other branch as much as possible but this one always seem to stock the stuff I need so I always end up here. Been a customer for over two decades, refreshed service oriented staffing would make this branch top notch again.

Staff are very nice and helpful, they have a decent selection of parts and accessories on display and, if its not there, then it'll come from the warehouse within a few hours.

They ordered o ring kit. It's the wrong kit. I opened it and used one. The other ones don't fit. I can't return it because one the o ring was cut in have. Thanks for nothing. Now I have go to the dealer and get the right ones.

I'm incredibly disappointed in this store, what used to be my go to parts store for nearly 30 years has become nothing more than ego centric sales people selling parts at double those of online retailers. How do I justify shopping somewhere that treats me with distain while charging me double the price for the pleasure of their bad personalities? I no longer can. Thanks for the memories lordco, time for us to part ways.
