As a result of a break-in, my rear side window was smashed. Called Broco first thing Monday morning, and although they were busy, Don assured me he would get the repair done that afternoon. It was ready by 3pm. Two things made this a five-star experience. First, outstanding customer assistance...Don was extremely accommodating and helpful, and ensured that I got the best price possible. Second, the repair was done expertly and on time...including a thorough vacuuming of glass particles throughout the car. Suffice to say, I will be trusting Broco with all my future glass repairs. Thanks guys!
