Wonderful customer service from the time I inquired to have service done till I picked up my vehicle! They followed up on everything they said they would, even checked in with me Before doing work to ensure I wanted to move ahead with add ons that I mentioned. Their professionalism and efficiency was greatly appreciated! I will definitely be coming back when I need further work done on my Land Rover.

My family and I have been going to Elite for over 15 years for multiple issues over time. So when my car was hit in July I did not hesitate to take it into Elite. The staff here are amazing! From the moment that you walk in you are greeted by their amazing and friendly receptionist. Tim and Oliver took care of my car at the front of the shop and I can not say enough good things about them. Friendly, professional and took the time to go over my car and take notes of my concerns. All of my concerns were followed up with a answer and solution in a timely matter. Tim even went above and beyond with one of my inquiries. I am so happy with the results of the work that the back shop guys did on my car. You can not even tell that I was hit. Paint matches perfectly. It is nice to know that with everything one has to deal with after being in a accident dealing with the car was not a issue. I fully trust Elite and their team to give me a honest quote, great service and exceptional body work on my vehicle. Big thank you to everyone at Elite Express!

They were delightful and completed the repair in a timely matter.. i encourage others to use this repair shop. I always have and never regretted it.. their friendly and welcoming atmosphere starts the minute u enter their office..

I love these guys. If you can use the phrase honest mechanics these are your people!! I had quotes from a few other shops in the area and they had a price difference of over $800+. Had some paint touch ups done and didn’t realize until after I drove away the vehicles original protective coating would be effected; which led to what seemed like a panel with a different texture. I came in the next day after the work was completed and after reinspecting it were forthcoming saying they accidentally missed noticing that coating. #honestmechanic :) They said lets wait for the paint to fully cure up and will see me in 2 months to place the coating back on of course free of charge. Stand up body shop and mechanics. I highly recommend them. Thanks CSN Elite team!
