Got my ring resized; phenomenal job from resizing to polish looks as if new. Elma was very helpful in getting it all sorted and a timely delivery. Thanks and highly recommend!

Michael Hill eased all our wedding jewellery stresses. They were professional and helped ensure we got exactly what we were after. Furthermore, the promptness of the soldering and rhodium services was awesome! We had no stress wondering if our pieces would arrive on time. As well, the opportunity to pay for the pieces over time was appreciated.

Very disappointed in the service. I went in to get my ring sized, I had said to the lady that one size felt too big while the other size down felt too small. She didn't say anything so I asked what size I should go with and she said the bigger one. That was the whole conversation. ZERO ADVICE. ZERO GUIDANCE. When I received it back it is still way too big. They also told my husband they may not be able to size it again because of the small band. When he asked them why they wouldn't mention the sizing issue when he purchased it the lady just shrugged. I still need it brought down a quarter size and now I'm not sure if they'll even do that. Very disappointed in their service, lack of communication, and knowledge of products. My husband spend a large amount of money on a ring with a life insurance plan they can't even uphold.

I don't know how they stay in business. A couple years ago, they had a sign out front advertising earrings. I thought they would make a great gift for my daughter's graduation, so I walked up to the two employees working behind the counter. I was the only customer in their store at the time, yet they kept talking about their personal lives for a couple minutes. I know they saw me because I was right next to the two of them. Finally, one of them asked me how they could help, and I asked if they could show me the earrings on sale. The worker told me that they were out of stock. This seemed strange since they had the portable sign out front and hadn't taken it down. Now, I wasn't wearing a suit as I'd been doing some yard work, so I looked like a working stiff. About half an hour later, I phoned them to ask if the earrings were in stock and they said they were! Needless to say, I didn't go back, and haven't been back since. I've heard from a couple other people that my experience wasn't entirely unique. In a small town like this, where word gets around, I'm shocked they're still in business with customer service like that.
