Total Pet

Store was very clean, staff was very welcoming and knew lots about senior dog food. Fish tanks were clean and looked amazing. Manager was very sweet and help me find everything i was looking for. I will be back for all my pet needs.

Great service very helpful

Great new employees. However the new manager who "took over in January" is a piece of work. Went in to get a ball. Mentioned that HR told me to reapply when I wanted to in the new year. Told her I'd apply after covid. Her remark was "I'm not hiring." Sweetie covid could go on for months or years more. I feel like you jumped to that because of intimidation. Which is sad. They need to hire an adult and not these oversized babies they keep getting. It's okay. I would rather apply with the district manager anyways as she's a peach. I will re review this store in a few months. Maybe she will grow into a better manager but after over half a year and some of the reviews on here I doubt it greatly. I also know she didn't "let go ALL the previous staff" the way she claims as I know most of the previous staff. A bunch left. Emma may have been uppity but she was still nicer than THAT.
