Called for info regarding stress relief products for my 9yr old pup. The lady on the phone gave me lots of info and told me they had products and to come in and ask for Darcy. Between Darcy, Liz and the team they had my dog in a Thunder Shirt in the first 3min. Instant relief for puppy and me. GREAT SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE And COMPASSION. I don't often give a 5 Star rating but when I do, it is well deserved. I literally go out of my way to drive from my place to this Pet Valu location. They have the top brand of cat food my guys eat and need to stay healthy, and they also have the best multi cat litter on the market (walnut shell). Plus one of my cats gave birth to 4 of the cutest kittens imaginable, so now I have 7 in total. I need a store that can help me to help keep my guys and gals happy and healthy. The staff at the Bradford location are always friendly, they are knowledgeable and experienced. Understand that Pet Valu serves the needs of all kinds of different pet owners, they are well stocked. But they do a phenomenal job which keeps me coming back without giving it a second thought. Keep up the good work!

I have been twice to your store and both times I was helped by Charlotte. She is very knowledgeable and patient with my one million questions about being a new dog owner and which products will be the best for my new pup! I would recommend your store to anyone.
