I called at 7:15 pm because I was unable to place an order through the app, there was an option: tomorrow: only to pick up an order, so I called and let it ring for a very long time without an answer. Yet we knew that Sunday night, it wasn't so busy that we couldn't answer a phone call. So we went there and the restaurant was open, the girl at the counter cavalierly told me the phone was right next to her so I showed her my outgoing call to validate and she m said I had the correct number ... then we were told the fryers were closed so we couldn't get the sushi choices we wanted. Very disappointed with the service Luis, the manager, we liked to encourage your branch but this is the second unpleasant experience we have ...

Super service! Il y a eu une erreur lors de ma commande, ils ont super bien rectifié la situation. Très poli, très professionnel. Et délicieux! De très bons sushis vegans!

Excellent service. Les employés étaient enjoués et dynamique. Ils étaient sympathique. Exécution rapide et efficace, de vrais makirouleurs. Je recommande à 100% cette expérience

The taste was good, but not the execution. The sushi lacked finish and held together with difficulty. My order was incomplete and was not ready despite having placed it 2h30 in advance.

Very disappointed with the service. The first time, the music was so loud that I had to repeat my order 3 times. Today I ordered a simple chicken poker bowl with the sauce on the side. Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for my order but she didn't put the sauce aside as I had requested. She offered to do it again but after 25 minutes of waiting I had the time. Very disappointed. Once I understand but 2 in 2, it's really disappointing.
