We were only 5 clients and it took over 15 minutes. Employees mixed up, confused and really no smile, no towels and they didn't even cut my sub. I don't know if it's a new management but very disappointed with the service

First time I have such bad service and any restaurant confused! Young blonde woman with arrogant glasses because I have him add bacon after which put my chicken in the microwave ... seriously no need for that! We are supposed to like our work !! Rest of the team impeccable !!! A small meeting would be appropriate!
Yesterday in the early afternoon,
My husband and I stopped to get two sandwiches to take away. We love the Subway concept which is simple and effective!
My husband asked for a vegetable pancake in his sandwich and the waitress replied, "No sir this is extra" 🤣🤦🏻♀️
Fine if you do not want to sell continuous extras like this 👍🏼
We are used to paying a little more for bacon or other but then she decided in our place that we were not allowed 🧐
I have been there many times and always have excellent service. Food always hot and well grilled.
