Amazing store! The staff is so wonderful and nice along with great purchasing program. They also help local charities. Gladly pay slightly more for local, quality, friendly, and pet centered service. With the program as well it isnt even more expensive. Support this store!

Love HealthyPetsHQ! The staff are friendly, they have a good selection of treats and toys (I get my food from the vet so I can't speak to that) AND they support great local rescue. A great pet store and a good place to shop to support local business.

My favourite pet store in Ottawa. The staff are wonderful, well informed, and always happy to answer questions. They’ve done a lot to take good precautions during the pandemic as well - it’s one of the few places I feel comfortable shopping in person right now

I was a regular customer here but have now switched to two other great stores where they respect all their customers, Pet Circus and Little Critters. They were adhering to the bylaw for a while but recently decided to discriminate against people with medical conditions and are violating human rights and breaking the law. I tried to kindly email them to confirm their new "rule" and they did not respond back. The bylaw (which is still posted on their window) clearly states medical exemptions. You either adhere to the whole bylaw or else you are in violation, stores can't pick and choose. My dog loved this store and I really enjoyed bringing donations here but am happy to spend my money and contribute where they respect everyone and treat all people equally. Curbside pick up is absolutely a great option for people who are concerned and cautious but some people like to browse and bring their animals in which they absolutely have the right to do. Hopefully they consider responding to customers inquiries and reassess the situation, especially after speaking with the human rights tribunal.

Nice store and friendly staff. However I tried to order special food twice and never got it. I saw them write it down on their order book and they told me it would be ready next week. Next week came and I followed up with them. They said it got delayed and it will come the next week. A week came up and I called again because I didn't hear from them. They said they didn't put me down for an order. I would have to wait another week. Another week came but I decided to buy different food because I was tired of waiting. They never called for pickup and I never bothered again.
