Been a customer for years at this store and I’m surprised that the one time I ask to return something I get turned down. Spending my money at a different franchise moving forward. Franchise owners gets reimbursed by the parent company for returns, no need to lie to customers about that.

I mentioned I was adopting a cat, and it was all hands on deck. Everyone was so egar to help. It was great!

I love this place! They have a ton of great products, healthy food choices, and the best of the best I dog wash station. I love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are, especially at this location
