The crew is absolutely excellent here lovely dog wash wash station. They sanitize everything before and after you go in with her dog everyone is very polite. Dog wash as well worth the money as they provide the shampoo and the towels and they have a loyalty program. I've washer the dog at home many a time and it was an absolute nightmare, this way here it's comfortable you don't break your back and you can get the dog some treats after. 😍😍

I have been visiting this Pet Valu pretty much since it opened and always content and well served. Usually, I am in and out pretty quickly and without any issue. Over the past couple of days, my little furry friend was sick after getting some of her usual treats, called up and asked if I could swap the bag and they said, "No problem" after hearing the issue. Hopped in and was out equally fast after swapping out the bag. After 50 plus visits I remain completely content and appreciative of the service and loyalty to customers. My first issue and it was resolved easily and efficiently - more reason for me to return for yet another bag of dog food in a month (and some more bully sticks!). Well done!

Today was my second visit to this location. As soon as I walked in, the cashier ( I think she's the Manager also) said to me : "You have to clean your hands!!" Pointing at the disinfectant bottle. Just like that. No "Hi", no " please could you clean your hands?. I couldn't believe my ears.. . She was rude, (to say it nicely). I spent fifteen minutes at the store, just looking around, no employee approached me to ask if I needed help with my shopping. They were busy chatting at the cash. Good that I knew what I was looking for, hamsters food..

I went to Pet Valu, Trainyards to purchase a couple of cat litter boxes. When I asked the girl sitting down at a laptop or something, I asked her which cash should I go to, she said "well there's only one!" When I inquired about the military discount, she didn't even answer so I showed her my ID card and didn't even look at it! Think her name was Bryna or something like that. Must've had a bad date the night before!!! Lol! Sheeeeesh!!! I'll be heading back to the Beechwood location! Have good day!
