CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

Worst customer service I ever experienced. It's not even funny... You have to chase them to get a mortgage renewal...The dude assigned to my account has never returned my multiple Messages left on his voicemail in 3 months. I got an appointment with a young Financial Advisor named Tim 3 weeks ago and he was supposed to get back to me in few days with the best offer he can gets from the mothership.... called him back last Friday and this week and hit his voicemail... he never returned my calls!! What a bunch of idiots... The manager at this branch is changing every 2 months..... This is a real joke.... I just tried to call them today at 10 am to noon and obviously no one picked it up the phone and their voicemail is not even in function..... LOL. One star only because Google don't let me post that comments if it's not even 1....

Friendly staff and always ready to sever you with a smile and helpful staff members ready to sever you with all your banking needs.

I love this branch. Free parking and my account manager Tim is doing his job excellent!

Not a good experience. Went to the branch and their system was down and could complete any of my transactions. They couldn't even get support from their backoffice to assist. Was asked to come back in the morning when their system will be working again.
