Clean. Has sanitizer in the front for your hands. They are using directional arrows which can be a bit inconvenient if someone is in the middle of the aisle, but that's hardly their fault. currently a 2 person-per store limit which is fine. Friendly staff and decent prices.

Is open late. Has great products. Helps out animals in need

The one in Oak Bay is easily the best pet food store in town. Super caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and remember what you told them about your pet.

We take our dog there for drop in nail trimming. They grooming staff are friendly and accommodating. The store itself is bright, clean and has a lot of product.

A really great pet store. We just used their pet wash station and it’s great. The water hoses have a garden sprayer which is perfect and the blow dryers are super powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful, assuring us that the mess we made with fur and water would be taken care of by the staff. A really great experience, we will be going back regularly and I recommend the store. Also, we feed our dogs Origin dog food and the Oak Bay store had plenty.
