I'm actually speechless, I couldn't be more pleased with my first experience with this vendor. The package was well insulated, shipped promptly, came in time, and generously arrived with 10 shrimp of my order of 5! That's more than double the amount I had ordered, a very clear and courteous establishment, I endorse it completely :)
