Said they would give me $200 for my phone that I dropped off and it was working after they diagnosed it. Called back 3 times for them to not return my calls. Had to go down there for them to tell me my phone was dead. A day later, they said they would give me my phone back and $200. I repeated this 3x to them because it seemed weird. Phone and cash??? Go down there, oh we're only going to give you the $200. So you screw up my phone and then you lie to me about giving it back to me. Wouldn't be surprised if my phone is still working like it was when it was sealed back up and only needed a new home button and they said they didn't touch it after I left. Scammers. This 12th visit is the last visit by myself and bf. What a joke. I was going to take this review down yet saw your response and you are blatantly saying I am liar. I don't appreciate the manipulation of this situation by yourself as I had someone look at it prior and they said it was the home button and it was working perfectly fine after that. I waited to bring my phone to you from the island. I did not agree for you to keep the phone you told me after confirming you would give it back to me that when I went to pick it up, you were gonna keep it for the parts. The battery life was at 75% and was working fine when I dropped it off. By your response, and saying it could have been a technician error on the phone and that's why you were gonna give it back, I'm sorry we agreed to that. You're disgusting. You are a blatant liar on many occasions through this whole situation. My bf will be buy to pick up the phone in which now you have agreed to give it back yet said to him you don't want bad publicity yet at the same time most this response. Unreal. We're done. You were gonna get 3, 5 star reviews for following through, now you're getting exactly what you didn't want. Stupid.

Not impressed with these guys customer service nor there dishonesty. Boy friends phone wasn't fixed right last time either and paid $100 sits in the drawer, useless. Takes them 3 days to come around to say they supposedly killed your phone. Waste of time chasing these guys around. Don't bother.
