Our truck started leaking oil yesterday on a stretch of road between McBride and Prince George. Dave of Rich Boyz Towing was with us so quickly! He was really professional, extremely friendly and was able to carry the truck and tow the travel trailer too! He parked the travel trailer for us at our destination in Prince George and then took our truck to Ford. We could not have wished for better service! Many thanks!!!

Tried to use them. Called in to see if they could help me said I should stop in and when the owner looked at what I needed said he could maybe help me in over two hours from the time I got there. they did not say this on the phone they knew I was not from there it would have only took him 10 mins since when i got home I fixed it myself in 15 mins. They are not helpful for travelers or out of town otr drivers.

This place is absolutely horrible, didn’t even lift a finger to help a stranded family after they broke down in a province that isn’t even their own , was told “we were blocking his driveway” and that he had no clue who could help us out there, didn’t even recommend another place we could try or any other recommendations. Would not. Ever. Recommend this mechanic. Definitely not “Rich boys” that’s for sure!

Called to get our Keys out of our truck after they were locked in by a child and they wanted $150 payment before they showed up, our wallets were in the truck and we were told to figure it out. Absolutely ridiculous, Shame on you for trying to take good peoples money when their travelling. Don’t ever use this company’s services, they are rude and charge way to much. If I had the option to pick 0 stars I would have.
