I worked closely with Paul to design my engagement ring. Originally, I found a ring designed at Lauener Bros. and had him mimic that while incorporating my Nana's ring and my fiance's birth stone. He did not disappoint!! Everytime we are in Trail for a visit we pop into Lauener Bros. to have the ring checked. Paul is always so kind and takes great pride in his work. I wanted to get a new watch band cus mine was rubber and broke off. I was helped and got a new watch band installed in 5 mins and they told me everything I need to know. Thanks you guys will come back again when this one breaks off again.

Service and quality are the best descriptions herd. I am always dropping off some jewelry to have clasp repaired or cleaned for a senior. Bought a inexpensive citadel watch that works great even after losing it in a lake for a week. Beautiful product .
