'Noulli loves her doggy-daycare -- she scrabbles at the dog gate to get IN to play with the other dogs. So grateful to see her glad to go, it makes me super-confident it is a happy place to be. Seeing the photos and video clips helps me have a peek at her playtime. Happy to see me at pick-up time, she is always tired and content at the end of the day.

Sarah Dixon is an incredible trainer and a lovely person . She breaks everything down to easy to follow steps and keeps it fun for the dogs. Sarah was a lifesaver to me in New York with my difficult puppy and is wonderful remotely from Canada with my new pup. I highly recommend Sarah! I’d follow her anywhere!

My dogs and I did 2 series of online classes with Sarah, a basic good manners class, and a more advanced class to deal with issues around people coming to the door, barking at delivery people, greeting guests, etc. It was life-changing! We all learned so much in both class series. My dogs are so much better behaved and I learned how to shape their behaviour to make everyone more relaxed and happy living together. I can't say enough good about Sarah, her teaching style, and the effectiveness of her methods (which are 100% positive, no negative reinforcement). I am eager to see what further classes Barks & Recreation has to offer. We will definitely be signing up.

Wow!!! Exceptional service. Staff are knowledgeable about the products. My dog went for a 2 week rehabilitation with Sarah and he’s like a new dog. I can’t say enough great things. She saved my relationship with my pup! Won’t show for pet products anywhere else :)

I did a 4 week online puppy zoom class with Sarah due to COVID19. Although not the ideal situation, I felt the class was very helpful in getting the obedience basics down, different ways to socialize our puppies, problem solving for any issues or challenges my puppy was having. Her library of videos were a great help to see how we should train them. In addition, she was flexible when we had a cancellation to allow a make-up, as well as offering any help after our course was finished...should questions arise. My puppy is getting a great start.
