They have destroyed my bike that went for a basic repair and they had it for 6 weeks. As I don't speak French it was hard to argue and demand a full refund after my friend paid them without realising all the shoddy work they had done. . I don't know Quebec Laws that well but I will pursue this matter further. Terrible Mechanics, how do you lose parts and return the bike back to a customer with it hardly running. Will not accelerate, Bolts missing from frame and fairing, carburetor damaged, fuel and oil line hoses missing all the clips , fuel line leaking everywhere, registration plate bent as it looks like it was dropped Brake cable not attached properly just left hanging next to housing. I had to push it home after it died . Absolutely furious. I have pictures of what was handed back to me with the bolts missing.
