The customer service at Grogan is by far the best you’ll get from any dealership. I purchased my Lincoln from them 2 years ago and could not be happier with the level of service I receive even two years later. Mario was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding the exact Lincoln I was looking for and they offered a fantastic trade in value on my old vehicle. The staff in the service department are always friendly and courteous anytime I go in for my oil change or any routine service that needs to be done. I have and will always recommend Grogan ford to my family and friends!
