Absolutely no interest in helping their customers out. Don’t ask any questions, you’ll be bothering them. Save your money, go to Chico - they have great customer service and better prices

I love the points, they accumulate quickly and that's good for me because my GSD eats for $125.00 a month. 😂 Friendly staff and always stocked up. 😊

First of all the prices of some items are considerably higher than other pet stores (Chico for example) and second the employee does not have the proper training to deal with people. This was our last visit to this chain of stores.

Great free pet cleaning facility, however, i have taken away 2 stars since there are pricing issues. Went to the Mondou on Arthur Sauve 2 days ago, and picked up some bones. At the cash the price was different. After acknowledging the price posted on the shelf was wrong, the cashier refused to adhere to the Government pricing policy, because the price at the cash was right. Looking at the next aisle over for same item. (Same code), the price was again different, with a third price. Is there a lack of training in customer service, in the cashier's response? There should be accountability for these mistakes, as they are misleading to the customer. And the customer who does not notice will get shortchanged.

Giving my Pitt bull Luna a bath at mondue is fast and easy and the customer service is excellent.
