We had a very nice experience during a visit during the weekday. Sandra was the groomer on our visit Thursday and she was very kind and gentle. I would suggest if you have an appointment for grooming, we learned 1st to call back to confirm your appointment, leave a message if no one answers (they will call back) as the groomer can get delayed. Animo also has a membership card for free which comes with benefits. Ask for one if they forget. We had a lot of personal attention by the staff and found that they carried a variety of Canadian products with high standards - we received a bag full of samples for our pet to try out. great experience!!! staff was perfectly bilingual and proffesional, got great service, great products (that the dogs love) amazing little treats and cute outfits and such for dogs...loved it!! 10/10 wpuld recommend plus if you get the card there or deals on dog food!! also offers grooming and pet tag engraving!

Some of their employees don't know much of anything about their products, and one of them was very rude to me. Furthermore, Sarah, one of their groomers, is VERY rough with animals, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who loves their dog or cat. At least the products themselves are on par with other stores... ...Which would be great, but there's a Mondou less than 5 minutes away, on the other side of the island. Just go to Mondou.
