On hotel website and third party' s website breakfast is included however not available nor substitution was offered despite the fact that customers are required to eat in their own rooms.Then I was asked where did we bought our room and when I told them that it was Hotels .com they were saying that the third party dont update their websites however I checked the hotels website and same was stated there.( I wish I could upload a picture showing that). Disappointed as the price of the room was a substantial one for what they are offering . On our first evening of stay we went to the pool and the water was very cold.Rooms are very small and when we checked in, in the room was a very strong chemical smell that took a while to go away with the door open.

I have always enjoyed my stays at this hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and go beyond to make sure you have a good experience. However, when they have groups that come to the hotel on the weekend it can be unbearable. People yelling screaming talking and laughing till all hours in the night. in the hotel lobby and hallways. Children running around until all hours of the night. And I've had kids knocking on my door and running away since this morning. I will come back during the week, never on a weekend. I paid for the room on a Saturday and I've decided to leave. Money cannot compare to a good night of sleep.

We were provided with a menu of continental items that would delivered to the room in the morning. I was here last year and the breakfast was amazing however this year due to covid the menu is limited (c’est la vie). The problem came when our breakfast of cereal and oatmeal never arrived. We went to the front desk to inquire and were told they only have juice and yogurt - nothing else. I wish they hadn’t promised us “breakfast” if they only have juice and yogurt. Disappointing. We’re here another few days and I guess we’re on our own despite us choosing this hotel because of their breakfast.
