Good experience, nice personal, it has all what you need to sleep. Good shower too and parking is also free, will definitely come back on my next visit to Montreal.

I unfortunately don't even have a review about the hotel because I never made it there. I spoke with the owner the week before and he seemed very polite and seemingly accommodating. When I called the day that I was supposed to come everything he told me was inaccurate. Very rude and refused to speak to me in English. Despite the fact that the first time we had a conversation in English. I understand this is Quebec and I am French speaking as well, but you are in the hotel service industry. If you can speak the language and you see someone struggling to communicate, out of respect you speak to them in English. Don't go here

I booked this hotel weeks ago they told me it was free cancellation until the day of by check in time and when I called to cancel because I had a sudden death in the family and couldn’t make it they said they are going to charge me the full amount that I had it booked for they lied in their email and are inconsiderate they where nothing but rude to me! I’m upset and dissatisfied with their service and their employees...
