I see the heading is for BEST WESTERN. UNLESS THE HOTEL HAS CHANGED NAMES THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE HOLIDAY INN. The reception was outstanding. A very friendly and warm greeting by Natalie. The room is very nice. This Holiday Inn has been around for a long time but they have maintained it. Convenient for us as is reasonably close to family Would stay here again.

Wonderful value at this hotel. Indoor pool easily one of the best in Montrea, it's like an oasis!! Kind staff, roomy grounds, even an outdoor water park! And right near the airport with shuttle service. Highly recommend.

Great location , reasonable and fun for the whole family! They have the most beautiful tropical scenery, pool is always hot and breakfast included is a nice bonus. That being said I used to be the biggest fan of the beautiful oasis in the city however I have a few complaints from the last few stays in the past year. Not being able to use the pool because they have swimming lessons going on? That’s not fair to the guest that book this place to swim and for the price you pay the pool should be accessible to all guests at all times. The rooms are old and have many things that need updating.I cut my toe on the flooring as there are gaps between the floor boards. Bedding from the whole floor (hallway) was left outside my door for hours , cups and garbage in the flowers and during the winter the snow was not shoveled for easy entrance. Ants crawling up the walls( I took photos, they were not too concerned) , alarm clock and lights not even plugged in , walls were a mess , writing on the painting and much more..... Fingers crossed that this place will be back on top soon :) I look forward to going back after this pandemic and seeing the changes that have been made.

For what they charge per night during this covid season, is ridiculous! Cold breakfast more like snacks, and the lobby was unclean, we had to ask them for a new Keurig machine twice, they said they would change it a second time and that didn't happen. Room and lobby had a mildly small, I mean common you guys can do better for what it's worth!
