The staff at this hotel are super nice. Rooms are nice and clean, wifi is great. When I come to Montreal this hotel is my first pick.

Spoke well English but Don't call to reserve it's 1000 times easier to go there, 8 doller for parking which might not be bad for Montreal idk

Just got here and it is not Clean, what a mistake we made. Bathroom is not Clean I had to aks to change bed Linen because was not clean. Carpet on floors are gross.

This hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was not only very outdated and dirty but the staff were horrible. My partner and I stayed there for 2 nights and it was the worst money I spent. There was hair in our bathroom from not being cleaned properly, it looked like the walls and air conditioner/heater had splashes of something up it and there was constantly food all over the hallways. My partner needed an address to the hotel for our food delivery and he was turned away and spoke down to because he couldn’t speak french. The staff at the buffet were rude and pushy, the food itself was horrible it looked like 2 day old food that had gone bad. Everything about the experience since we stepped foot in the door was horrible, the parking lot is hard to get in and out of and doesn’t work. Our floor was filled with all young students who partied and trashed the whole floor as well as the one above us and nothing was done about it when calling to give a noise complaint. The staff assured me the manager would be in contact with me, it has now been 3 weeks and no call. Do NOT stay here it isn’t worth any cheap offer they’ll give you, you will leave frustrated and feeling dirty from the poorly kept facility.

It was ok the room was small good enough for two to three people it is clean and good I wouldn't always go to this hotel but it is good and I think the people could be nicer and I think that they should put more effort in to decorating the corridors and rooms Overall this place is good for a day or three but it's not that good
