Nice little-known corner (in my opinion) of Quebec rich in history, far from the big city where time seems to slow down. Muriel welcomed us so well and what could be better than taking advantage of her expertise in massage therapy to start our stay. The song of birds in a room in the domain in the heart of the trees was perfect. The 5-course dinner prepared by Philippe was a treat, transporting us to the heart of French cuisine while highlighting local products. The room was very comfortable transporting us to another era and the night was quiet and noiseless (what better for people living in the city). Go outside outside at night and you will see some magnificent fireflies and also look up to the sky to observe a sky lit up with all its stars. The breakfasts offered are just as delicious as supper to start the day off right. Walk around the estate, enjoy a large bowl of fresh air and observe the many birds, squirrels and Swiss who have made their home there. This pearl in the heart of Ireland is worth a stop and we will definitely go back!
