Good
The team is very warm. The baths are very pleasant, the land is sunny and isolated. You feel at peace, there is enough room for other people not to be nearby. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The perfect place for an overnight getaway to recharge your batteries.
Very expensive for what it is. I paid $ 140 plus tx for a regular 2 bed room. What disappointed me:
- no access to the Spa unless you pay an additional $ 40 per person. Frankly, we are in the middle of nowhere and the hotel is fine.
- No air conditioning
- No refrigerator
- No room for children to play outside (everything is for the spa).
- Poorly soundproofed. I had to wait for the next room to turn off their TV to sleep.
The positive sides:
- Welcoming staff
- Comfortable beds
- Very clean
In short, considering that we have access to nothing without paying more, without air conditioning, refrigerator and poorly soundproofed, I can hardly explain paying more than $ 100 a night.
The day at the Ste-Hélène spa was very enjoyable for my family and I. As always the staff are kind, the dinner was delicious and the access to the spas and saunas was perfect. The arrangements made in these times of pandemic were well respected.
We were made very welcome at the Saint Helena Inn and Spa. The atmosphere is warm and the employees very welcoming. We really liked the privacy of the place (only a dozen rooms).
