Really very good service they are providing to their customers. They sends reminder every time. Also if you do regular service there you will get good discount as well. They’re doing detail inspection of your vehicle. I highly recommend you. Yes out side you can get lower price but here affordable price with really very good service.

Our first Acura purchase has been great so far! Everyone at Southview has been nice to work with, and very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work! Will go back and buy another Acura there next time. Mary is great in the service dept, always so nice, knowledgeable and quick to update me!

Had an issue with my MDX door handle. The Chrome was coming off the handle shortly after the warranty expired. Contacted Acura Canada to see if it could still be covered. As part of the process had to take it to a dealer to get them to look at it. Southview said they would replace the handle for free no need to go through Acura Canada so I did not have to go through all the hassle. Thanks Fab! Have always had a great experience here, been going here for years. Keep up the great work everyone!

Not to visit this location for service! Worst experience i have ever had with this dealership for service, these guys are charging unnecessary for no reason, just giving false statements. They charge me $465 for issue which they don't know how to fix and changed couple fluids. further gave another quote of $2855 to fix same issue and mentioned if not fixed they will look into another parts of vehicle. Service team here NOT technical sound they simple changing whole parts to make money. Service manager Fab Perri at this location very rude to deal, he simple refused to compensate for wrong doing with my vehicle. Surprisingly it was very small issue and figure out by one of my know person. Attached snapshot show how they are fooling customers on 8/25/20 service team mentioned you have to replace multiple items/fluid etc during regular service but next week on 09/01/20 same vehicle, same issues and look everything seems working fine with no change. Tried to contact seniors but looks all busy very hard to reach.

Amazing service and knowledgeable. Love the added touch of sending videos via text of issues with your car to confirm repair or not. Always efficient and super friendly. Have been going here for repairs for many years and will continue to do so.
