My dear old Grandfather clock stop working and needed help. Not only was the clock fixed quickly and efficiently but the weights appear to have been re-balanced as they now move all together. The price was very reasonable and the service excellent. I would take any time piece to this gentleman.

Quick repair of my late father's watch, and very reasonable price for the work. However, I can't give five stars because the watch was returned with a scratch on the inside/face (not the crystal) and Mr. Evans denied doing it. As no one else could even take the watch apart to access the area that was scratched, and it wasn't scratched when it was dropped off, I don't know what else I can say. I'm certain that it was accidental, and probably not even noticed at the time it was done, but nonetheless, I am left with a damaged watch, and no recourse. Just be careful and make sure to request that he works on your timepiece with a cloth or something on the wooden workbench he uses as it is very rough.
