On our family trip to Kelowna from Calgary our 2013 Dodger Journey's alternator failed and we barely made it to Revelstoke. Excel tire was able to get the car in right away and we were back on the road within 5 hours. The manager Jeremy was very friendly and professional and provided lots of information over the phone as well as in person. The parts, labour and overall price were fair. Based on our experience we would highly recommend this shop.

Service was fast for our oil change and winter tire change. We also bought the winter tires here and it is very affordable.
