My 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 was involved in a collision on 08/19/2019 outside of Revelstoke while traveling to Golden BC. ICBC had me take the truck to East End Autobody in Revelstoke. I picked up the truck from East End Autobody. Upon taking the truck for a routine oil change an independent mechanic discovered unrepaired damages to the rocker and frame of the truck. The damages where concealed in a way they where only visible when the truck was on a lift. ICBC then booked the truck into Kelowna Chrysler who upon taking the fender off found more damages as well as clumps of body filler hidden behind the fender. The truck was written off by ICBC after the damages where found.

We had a problem with our heat shield coming loose under the car. We called this afternoon. They told us to come in right away. We did and they were willing to help us immediately. We went for a walk along the river and by the time we came back the car was fixed. Thanks.
