The manager, Billy, is incredibly professional in all his interactions with clients. We faced an issue with People Jeweller about a product purchased at Richmond location. After speaking to the location directly, they were unsympathetic and unwilling to provide a justified solution. Despite to no fault of Billy's, he acted swiftly and came to our aid immediately. After only just 20mins, he was able to provide a solution to us that no one else provided. We are very thankful for his service and professionalism and will recommend him and this location to anyone looking for jewelry for their loved ones.

The store manager, Billy is amazing! He’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and caring towards customers and ensuring client satisfaction. I’ll be sure to keep my buisness with Peoples and return to this location for any future purchases simply because of the service he provided. He didn’t even say he was the manager when he helped solve my problem over the phone, but by the way he approached the situation with such professionalism and excellent service, I ended up asking if he was the manager because I was very impressed with the help and service I received from Billy! I ordered a watch from peoplesjewellers.com. A few days after it arrived, I went to People’s Jewellers Coquitlam Centre to get it sized. I had to wait awhile as they were practicing social distancing, allowing very few people inside, but as soon as someone left, I was welcomed into the store. The lady who helped me was super nice and super friendly and removed the correct number of links for me right away in a matter of minutes. Yes, any reputable store would probably do this for you when you purchase from their online store but this staff member went over and above by providing exceptional customer service even though I had already made my purchase from their online store and was not actually making a purchase this particular day. Due to their exceptional and super friendly after sales service, People’s Coquitlam Centre has earned my future business.

Very poor customer service I received a bracket as a birthday present 2019 extended warranty was purchased . The bracelet broke months after receiving it. Went into the store they happened to have the same one there. The sales lady said instead of sending it out for repairs I will give you this one in exchange since its only been 2 months. 6 months later the bracelet broke for the second time. i called the store to ask what do I do now. The sales person could have cared less told me to call customer care. I called customer care they also told me to bad so sad it will have to come out of my pocket since I never purchased the warranty for the bracelet that they exchanged for me( no one told me that) so what they say is if I had it repaired I would have had warranty but since it was replaced nothing ( I would have repaired it then)Very disappointed with this Business( I will never purchase anything from peoples in the future

Went in to get an engagement ring, we saw one online that was online only so I wanted to see if they had anything similar to try on just to see if I'd like the cut before buying something online. Waited 10 minutes before anyone even walked over to us and the lady just said no and walked away? We are a younger looking couple but that is no reason to just turn us away, it wasnt like there were tons of others looking at jewelry there were maybe 2 other couples and at least 4 sales associates.
