So I broke the clasp on my bracelet that I wear religiously because the kids in my family gave it to me pandora tells me they can't find any records of our purchases OK guess I must have gotten it at a yard sale heh !?all I wanted is a repair or a replacement BE AWARE when you purchase from pandora they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS sadly my only resolve was to purchase a new bracelet so much for customer relations 😖💔

I love the store looks amazing and also staff are so helpful and friendly I had very good experience also I have to mention management make my experience beyond great she was very lovely and her knowledge about the products was great thanks to all the staff 🤗🙂

This is my favourite Pandora store to visit when I am shopping for charms. The customer service is excellent and the sales associates always help me find exactly what im looking for. I had the pleasure of dealing with Angelina the last time I was there. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped me pick a perfect birthday gift. Thanks again!
