I walked into this store to make a jewellery purchase and was completely ignored. I figured their policy is to let customers browse and they’ll only offer assistance if requested. But then the person that walked in after me was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

My wife bought me a sterling silver mens bracelet here, they put a thicker round clasp so if it gets caught on anything it wont break off,also they they sized it twice for me second time only took one hour. Great customer service thumbs up!

I rarely write review of anything, but I have to reflect a fair comment in response to the recent poor review. I have been a customer of this jewellery store for many many years. I prefer to buy from Ken is because he explain fully the quality of the item, always uses the high end quality, in metal, casting and the precious stones, and is very unique in design. The price may be a little bit more, but we are willing to pay for superior qualities, and the unconditional continuous after sales care. Free cleaning, sizing for rings, inspection of the condition etc. I find that Ken would do anything within reasons to keep a happy customer, and I am happy for many year, and more. Thank you Ken.
