Andrew is a very nice and helpful person. We needed a ring resized for our wedding and he was extremely friendly and helped us (we had the ring polished and resized in five minutes).

The owner was so accommodating. We called at 430 to have a ring sized, it was done at 5pm.

I approached Auriflex Jewellers to design a new ring from some small diamonds and gold that I had sitting unused. As well, I had another ring that needed to be repaired. During consultation, the design we decided upon required a diamond to match one I was wanting to use. He sourced that diamond and proceeded to design the ring I have always wanted; the design was perfect for my taste. Although I was not a large consumer, I was treated as if I was. Andrew handled the jewellery and gems with great respect and care, just as he handled me as a client. Andrew is professional and honest and I highly recommend him whether it is for a purchase or creation.

Andrew & his lovely wife (and puppy) are sincere, genuine, reasonable & trustworthy. He will listen and will give you exactly what you ask for. I brought in a very custom engagement ring photo where the designer was from New York and it was made as an original for a wealthy lady there. I fell in love with the ring and asked Andrew if you could make an identical replica of it for me. I can honestly say that his version might even be a little bit better, I could not believe my eyes when he showed me the ring! Of course I needed a wedding band afterwards, and was able to design one from scratch with Andrew so my entire set is completely unique to me. He is a true talent and fun to be with, he will sincerely care about what you want! It’s hard to find someone like this these days who is not just there for cash grab but wants to be there to give you what you want. Highly recommended!

Purchasing an engagement ring and wedding bands, I was completely satisfied and delighted with the jewelry and experience. There was no pressure or “sales pitch”, but rather a respectful and friendly atmosphere with a diverse inventory that would fit every price and quality preference. Returning for wedding bands and a few other items since, we continue to receive the same impeccable service.
