Cedar Manor B&B（香柏庄园）

Oh wow. When my wife and I were looking for a last minute getaway for our wedding anniversary, I was so happy to find Cedar Manor B&B had space available. All the rooms on the website looked fantastic, but my wife and I are swimming enthusiasts, so we rented the Pool Side Suite. The Pool Side Suite is large with a full sitting suite and a sliding door that opens to the pool deck. From inside the suite we had a beautiful view of the pool and the open field at the back of the house. The suite also features an interior sauna next to the shower. Since the pool isn't heated, I turned on the sauna first, then went for a short swim in the morning. Then finished by relaxing in the sauna before breakfast. Angelina was really nice to speak with on the phone. When we arrived, we were let into the suite by her friend. We had the whole house to ourselves, practically. I couldn't imagine a more perfect anniversary getaway. We finally met with Angelina at breakfast, and she showed us the rest of the house. Being there only one night, we didn't get to play in the games room with pool table and karaoke, or check out any of the other feature rooms. But we definitely plan to return, anytime we need a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. One concern I have about posting this review is that now EVERyONE will know about this awesome experience, and it will no longer be my favourite secret. Thanks Angelina for a great stay! Great unique spot if you’re going to a wedding nearby and want to stay someplace peaceful and quiet (since most of Pitt Meadows hotels are by the highway). Breakfast the next morning was amazing and the hosts are lovely. You can see sheep and horses nearby and there is also a nice trail you can go for a walk along after breakfast.

Our reservation is a month away but the hosts are not responding to emails or phone calls anymore.
