I’ve visited a few times, trying to give them multiple chances before making a judgment, but each time I am disappointed. The only positive in this store is that they have fairly good quality products, and have a decent selection. The negatives: poor customer service, there’s always been two staff members, but only one is ever helping customers and the second is standing around. Most of the staff seem uninterested in the job, and are not paying attention to the customers and each time (literally) while I’m being helped, the staff member stops and starts another non-urgent task (like taking a 5-10 minute phone call), leaving me waiting longer. not a huge negative but prices are higher than most other stores with the same products.

Great local pet store. I usually drop by every time I pass by Coquitlam to check out their deals. They've got great natural products and alternatives for pets. Small selection of small animal products but a great variety for cats and dogs. FYI they don't sell pets like Mr. Pets, Petland, or Petsmart.

Customer service aren't very helpful at the store. No one came and helped us when we had some questions on the cat beds. Also, I would love to shop and support local but then the majority of the supplies and brands they stock are all made offshore.

Better selection of merchandise than I have been able to find in Maple Ridge, ie, Rain coat and harness
