The best pet store ever! Karen and Jay are amazing, kind, and very helpful. They always seem to know everyone who comes in. The store is neat and tidy and has a variety of great products; plus, they're able to order something in if they don't have it. We stop by regularly and have no reason to ever shop anywhere else!

Fantastic experience. Great owners. We are about to be first time puppy owners and got a lot of great advice here from Jay. Will be our new favourite spot for thoughtfully selected food, treats, toys and more!

I love this place and feel that the owners are very knowledgeable and give me good advice when called upon. They have good quality products and offer a very friendly service. They go beyond what is required to be friendly and helpful in all respects.

I visited today for the first time on a hunt for a dog cake for my dog's birthday. Gentleman who helped me was so kind, even though I was not going in for a big shopping plan with a shoppinglist, he was extremely nice, greeted with warm hello and asked about my dog. He even asked where she was and when I told him about my dog with dog reactive issue thus didn't bring her in, he even invited her next time knowing my dog is reactive. He made me feel so welcome. Also expressed understanding of reactive dogs. I personally feel embarrassed and sometimes feel horrible with my dog reactivity but he even acknowledged my feeling and not to worry if people don't know compassion towards it. Besides my personal experience, store is full of cute collars and quality treats and food, I will definitely come back again. I am thankful to find this place and at my finger tips!
